Abstract:The government has been continuously advancing the reform of the management model for construction projects, with the goal of integrating the currently fragmented engineering consultancy services and reinforcing the unifying role of technical management. Taking the whole process management of construction projects in the core area of the Chongqing Liangjiang Coordinative Zone as an example, this study analyzes a five-in-one integrated management model based on the chief urban designer system, architect responsibility system, EPC, project leader system, and whole process engineering consulting system. This provides experience for other cities to carry out the whole process management based on the multi-model integration.
