Abstract:Faced with the problems of land shortage, inadequate allocation of public facilities, and insufficient public activity space, the construction of stereo garage with intensive functions and strong site adaptability has become an effective way to address these issues. Based on in-depth research, this paper discusses the design strategies and methods for stereo garage through the design research of stereo garage in Chongqing University from the aspects of integrated design of public service facilities and parking functions, and the application of low-carbon technologies. This research thereby provides a new approach for the efficient and integrated reuse of urban stock resources in the process of urban regeneration in mountainous areas.
