摘要 从参与主体、信息传递媒介、组织运行方式三个层面对传统“匠人营造”模式、串行建筑运作模式进行解析,提出适用于数字时代的并行建筑运作模式及三个构成要素,并从以建筑师参与的多工种跨学科团队为主体、以集成建筑信息模型为信息流转与交互的媒介、以环节循环的协同方式进行运作三个方面阐述了具体的建构过程。便于数字时代的建筑运作模式的优化与革新,从而使得建筑运作更加趋于科学与完善。

Abstract:This study analyzes the traditional “craftsman creation” mode and serial building operation mode from the three levels of participating subject, information transmission medium, and organization operation mode,and proposes a parallel building operation mode and three components adapted to the digital age. It also elaborates the specific construction process from three aspects: the main agent of a multi-tasking and interdisciplinary team with the participation of architect, the medium of information flow and interaction through the integrated building information model, and the operation in a collaborative manner with a loop of links, which is convenient for the optimization and innovation of the building operation mode in the digital age, thus making the building operation more scientific and perfect.
