Abstract:The feedback effect of reevaluation links the process, which is evidence-based practice of the architectural heritage conservation, into a complete closed-loop. The characteristics including continuity and stability of closed-loop structure coincide with the purpose of living conservation of architectural heritage. In this paper, we clarify concepts of reevaluation and post-occupancy evaluation (POE), and introduce the work content, methods and equipment of reevaluation. At last, we illustrate the two forms of converting the reevaluation results into evidence with examples, through which the reevaluation can be integrated into the process of evidence-based practice.
