Station-city Integration, Inner Composition-sharing: Research on the Theory Construction and Design Strategies of Rail Transit Station Orientated Multilateral-Sharing Architectural Domain
Abstract：Transit-station-city oriented integration development is becoming more and more important. However, there are still problems in the planning and design of large-scale public buildings jointly developing with rail transit stations, such as lack of sharing construction concept, insufficient research of sharing layout orientation and overall planning, poor accessibility to sharing space and traffic lines, and lack of functionspace-traffic-facilities coordination. Through field investigation, research and analysis, this article attempts to explore the concept of a sharing space domain in public building with rail transit station, study the features and types of sharing space domain in large public building with rail transit stations, and take the typical case of underground shared supporting facilities in Beijing Tongzhou Green Heart Project as an example. This research has important research and reference significance for the comprehensive development of underground space in relevant areas of the city and the update of existing facilities of cities.
