Abstract：Daily training effect plays a vital role in improving the search and rescue skill and operation capability of earthquake response team. Based on the seismic search and rescue theory and field operation features, this paper discusses the standard of classification and function requirements of collapsing-wreck simulator. Moreover, through simulating a series of structures of teaching building damage and collapse process during strong seismic by use of finite element analysis method, combining with status quo of earthquake mitigation theory and technology, this research proposes a design strategy of collapsing-wreck simulator for earthquake rescue training from the perspective of structure-collapsing wreck, seismic damage scenario and training facility arrangement. Finally, this paper provides some correspondent technology solutions towards how to realize reusability and security supervision of those training facilities.
