性能化新材料工艺对传统建筑的转译 ——以江苏园博园梅亭为例

摘要 新材料与数字建造技术相结合拓展了建筑设计方法及建造方式,也为我国传统样式建筑的表达方式提供了新的想象空间。“传统”建筑蕴含的人文观念与材料物性共同发展。江苏园博园梅亭项目继承了传统亭子的形象与功能,但采用了定制化针织物玻璃钢、异型胶合木等新材料工艺;实验了一种新旧交融的建构方法,形式与结构设计追求“薄细轻”的梅花形象,营造了可以透过阳光的半透明顶盖;建造工艺则深度挖掘了新材料工艺、力学优化和数字制造技术。梅亭项目表明传统样式建筑可以重构物质材料与文化意象之间的统一。

Abstract:The integration of material development and digital fabrication has expanded architectural design methods and construction technology, providing new imagination of transforming traditional style buildings in China. The humanistic culture and material properties of traditional architecture complement each other and evolve together. The Meiting Pavilion in Jiangsu Horticultural Expo Park inherits the image and function of traditional pavilions, but adopts new technology such as knitted fabric reinforced plastic and customized glulam elements. We experimented with a construction method that blends the old and the new. The form and structure follow the“thin and light”image of plum blossom and create a translucent roof that invites sunlight. The construction process explores new material technology, structural optimization, and digital fabrication. Traditional style architecture could redefine a natural unity between material properties and cultural image.
