Abstract：Chongqing industrial heritage is an epitome and witness of the development of modern industrial civilization in China, and has made great contributions to the development of national industry. It therefore has important social values and historical significance. Today, Chongqing's industrial heritage is facing opportunities and challenges of transformation and development. Based on the perspective of cultural landscape heritage, this paper first analyzes the physical characteristics of the spaces of Chongqing industrial heritage at the macro, meso and micro levels, and then analyses its social and cultural connotations from the aspects of scientific and technological cultures, construction wisdom, aesthetic art and national spirit. Finally, based on the three fulcrums of cultural landscape heritage value research, it puts forward the complete protection of the value of time and space. The channel of value inheritance is the sustainable renewal of value and the innovative expression of cultural value, which is to provide the basis and reference for Chongqing industrial heritage to inherit the historical context and strengthen the regional landscape characteristics while integrating into the overall development process of the city
