Research on Chinese Modern “Aircraft Building” Architecture under the Dual Actions of “Aviation to Save the Nation” and Streamlined Architectural Style
Abstract：This article discusses the origin of the popularity of “aircraft” design elements in the modern architectural movement, reviews the various Chinese and Western architectural styles that influenced the Chinese “aircraft buildings” architectural works during the Republic of China, and classifies and compares the architectural characteristics and styles of aircraft buildings in different periods and in different regions. It focuses on the analysis of three representative aircraft buildings under the influence of the thoughts of “aviation to save the nation” and streamlined architectural style.
