Abstract：Community living circle, as a basic unit to meet the needs of community residents for living, working, traveling, leisure and service within a walkable area, points to multi-party community building, which has gradually attracted the attention of countries around the world. Green space is an important place for public activities in community living circle, but its multi-subject renewal governance mechanism is not clear, which makes public green space decline into “lost space”. This paper takes the planning and practice of green space in the Wujiao sub-district community living circle as an example to sort out the main challenges faced by the lack of publicity of green space in community living circle and the causes behind them, and puts forward the concept of co-governance from traditional rationality to communication rationality to lower community living area circle. In this context, the paper expounds the operable multi-party co-construction mechanism of community life circle from four dimensions: responses to local participation, inclusion of multiple use of green space, linkage network integration and multi-party operation and maintenance. Finally, the paper discusses the way of replicable green space co-construction implementation.
