Abstract:With the sudden spread of COVID-19, buildings for all kinds of people are undoubtedly an important part of this campaign. In this paper, three types of buildings including office buildings, hospitals and residential buildings with high indoor population density, high risk of infection and long residence time were selected to analyze and evaluate the influence of COVID-19 transmission in building environment control. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of building facilities, personnel activities and equipment systems of the three types of buildings, this paper puts forward the requirements for personnel use, suggestions for working activities, optimization measures for operation and management of air conditioning equipment, etc.. It would hopefully prevent the epidemic, and provide reference and support for the building environment control optimization of the same type of buildings in the future.
