A Comparative Study on the Application of Chinese and American Health Building Evaluation Standards in Residential Buildings: Case Studies of Two Residential Communities in Guangzhou Area
Abstract：This paper introduces the development status of WELL standard and“Assessment standard for healthy building”T/ASC 02-2016 in China, compares the evaluation contents, evaluation objects and evaluation grades of the two standards, and analyzes the practical application of the two standards in Guangzhou Area. Through the empirical analysis of the typical case of WELL standard certification“Yuanyang Tianjiao”residential area and the typical case of“Gezhouba zijunfu”certified by T/ASC 02-2016, this paper discusses the applicability of the two standards in Guangdong Province, and finally summarizes the relevant optimization articles and suggestions of architectural design based on regional characteristics.
