Abstract：Based on the practical experience of incubation industrial park of CSWADI, after analyzing the current situation and related problems of architectural planning and post-use evaluation of the project, this article puts forward the professional practice idea of systematic design planning, and expounds the key points of the three levels involved in the systematic scheduling and integration of the resources needed for the whole life cycle of the product object in architectural planning. It considers that it is an effective strategy to utilize resources under specific conditions to maximize the comprehensive benefits, and it can also contribute to the sustainable development of building products.
