Abstract：With the theory and methods of architectural programming, this article studies Zhangyan Village, Qingpu District, Shanghai, and discusses the revival strategies of rural traditional villages under the PPP mode. Through multi-dimensional real state investigation, it sorts out the existing problems in planning, architecture and environment of Zhangyan Village, analyzes the responsibilities and rights of different participating entities, determines the goals and needs of multiple entities, establishes an optimized CRS information matrix table, and performs evaluation based on usage status feedback. It then proposes related solutions that meet the sustainable principles of planning , architecture, environment and operation to address planning problems: proposing protection and development, mending and rebuilding, rejuvenating the waterfront space, urban and rural sharing strategies, and proposes a closedloop concept from architectural programming to post occupancy evaluation. The research conclusion has certain reference value for the revival of traditional villages of the same type.
