Abstract：With the historical opportunity of booming terminal construction, this article focuses on terminal architectural programing and post occupancy evaluation. Through multi-agent demand interpretation, data prediction and analysis, configuration and function planning, landside facilities planning and terminal phasing planning in the programming stage, it helps decision-makers to lock in the macro functional layout and guides the follow-up design in the planning stage; after the completion of the project, it puts forward post occupancy evaluation for the design and operation, and puts forward suggestions for the optimization of terminal design and operation according to the evaluation opinions, so as to achieve the transformation from research evaluation to inquiry evaluation, and a closed loop with the early planning.
