Abstract:The outbreak of the global COVID-19 and the release of The Outline of the“Healthy China 2030”Plan have promoted the construction of healthy cities in the post-pandemic era. Whilst looking at the living street space of old residential areas, this paper determines the health performance evaluation system and the weight of each index based on Delphi method and AHP analytic hierarchy process, and identifies key elements that affect their health quality. With and cases of Fanrong Street and Pinggong Street in Harbin, and through SD semantic difference method and IPA analysis method, we design and issue a health performance evaluation questionnaire. We finally compare and verify it with the measurement data of street space elements, complete the health performance evaluation of the case street segment, and put forward suggestions for the correction of the evaluation system. This paper first constructs the health performance evaluation system of living street space in old residential areas, with a view to providing reference for the quality design of street space in healthy cities in the post-pandemic era.
