Abstract：Through analysis and diagnosis of the existing buildings in SINOVAC Tianfu Factory, the strategy of light intervention renovation around sinking courtyard area is proposed as an answer to the design task. Under clues given by architectural features, space use patterns and flow lines, this paper presents an appropriate spherical net-shell geometric system as well as prefabricated modular pavilion construction studied and designed for the particular site.
