Abstract:At present, China’s urban development has transferred from the incremental era to the stock era. The issue of scientifical diagnose and renovation has therefore become an important issue to be discussed. The release of the standard for post-occupancy evaluation of public buildings and other related standards have gradually established the basis for the diagnosis of existing buildings. Under this framework, this paper sorts out the intelligent diagnostic technologies that have been maturely applied along with the example of the Lishenxuan project in Beijing Normal University, in order to discuss the application of new technologies in actual projects and try to provide a method route that can be generally operated and in turn update the existing standards.
