Abstract：Rural public space is not only an important issue related to the quality of rural human settlements construction, but also an unavoidable aspect of rural revitalization. This paper explains the concept and problems of rural public space, and then discusses the overall strategy and the technical approaches of integration and construction of rural public space, through the design of Hengshan village service center and rural park. The shaping of rural public space must conform to the surrounding landscape pattern, respect the historical context of the site, properly use regional and local practices, adapt to local conditions and maintain the characteristics of the countryside, then integrate into the daily life of the villagers, stimulate and create a scene of rural social interaction, realize the integration and unity of rural public space, and finally help to establish a kind of rural construction values.
