Abstract:In order to accurately and objectively identify critical factors in architectural heritage preservation and management, and provide scientific references for heritage conservation decision-making under the condition of limited resources, this paper, based on grounded theory, adopts a qualitative analysis method and uses NVivo software to analyze the impact of heritage conservation in China. Relevant literature is reviewed, and the “influence factors-conservation effect” evaluation model for heritage conservation are established. BP-MIV combination evaluation model is used to analyze the factors sensitivity of 160 heritage projects in China, and the critical success factors are identified. Through the empirical analysis, it is verified that the evaluation system of heritage conservation influencing factors based on BP-MIV analysis constructed in this paper can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the influencing factors of heritage conservation with high application value.
