Planning Exploration from Chinese Landscape Painting to the Making of Characteristic Features of Shan-shui City: A Case Study on the Urban Design along Yongning River in Taizhou City
Abstract：With the convergence of technology, materials and development modes, the appearance of cities everywhere is becoming less and less characteristic. In view of this phenomenon, it is of practical significance to adhere to the development concept of the new era, re-examine the relationship between man, nature and the city, and“invite back”landscape resources into the city and integrate them into the city. Through the study of Chinese landscape painting, landscape city and landscape cultural spirit, and drawing lessons from the technique of“taking potential, inking, path and meaning”of Chinese landscape painting, this paper explores the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional culture in the construction of characteristic urban feature along Yongning River in Taizhou City around the three constituent elements of natural landscape texture, social history and culture and urban landscape environment of Shan-shui City.
