Abstract：With the upsurge of global space exploration, the research on space architecture has become an inevitable trend. In order to provide enlightenment for the disciplinary construction, this paper summarizes the historical context, research category and related fields of space architecture, and then analyzes the general situation of discipline, the course forms and the cases. It finally points out the view about such courses as the role in the training of architects and the reference for domestic architectural education. The teaching goal is to integrate engineers and architects, the teaching method is to cooperate with colleges and institutes, and the teaching content is to promote the design of space architecture and the architecture on the earth.
