Abstract：Appropriate technology is an important choice for sustainable development. In order to improve the efficiency and benefit of construction, the construction principle of appropriate technology is proposed based on the“ontology”of building, through the enclosure system design of Tennis Hall of Cuixia Lake Reception Center in Panjin, Liaoning province. It explores effective ways of space shaping, atmosphere building and environmental regulation at three levels: interface form, construction and control. It is expected that the design method of technology collaborative development, which follows the simple and practical functions and is suitable for the reality, will be beneficial to current urban renewal.
