Abstract：This article uses the architectural transformation of Pingtian Village as a clue to explore how the triangle plot has developed from a small road in the village to the most important public space in Pingtian Village. The completion of Grandpa’s Youth Hostel makes the triangle plot a public space for the first time. The landing of Yunhaijian B&B further strengthens the publicity of it. The presence of Lingfang’Wonderland brings more vitality to it. The surrounding area of Sanjiadi is still undergoing continuous renovation. Over the years, several changes have made the triangle plot gradually the most popular public space in the village. This positive change proves the importance of small public spaces in the rural revitalization.
