Abstract:Industrialization is an essential means to improve the performance of residential buildings. In view of the local transformation of assembly technology applied in Qiang residential buildings, the modular integrated design method is introduced, and a new residential building model based on the assembly coldformed thin-walled steel system is proposed on the basis of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary research. Based on the logic of “design-manufacture-construction”, a sample library of prefabricated components and functional units is established, and the design is optimized at various levels, such as the combination of house plan, integrated wall panel jointing node structure, construction process and disaster prevention and evacuation, in order to achieve green energy saving and disaster prevention and mitigation throughout the life cycle. The project aims to provide a reference for the application of light steel technology in the renewal of settlements in the minority areas of southwest China.
