Abstract：At present, traditional construction mode that centers on the site is still adopted in the construction of prefabricated buildings, which limits the advantages of quality and efficiency of prefabricated buildings. The construction industry should learn from advanced manufacturing and establish a new model of construction combining manufacturing and construction. In order to develop this new model, it is necessary to adjust the production organization mode, coordinate the relationship between factory manufacturing, transportation and construction, develop technical systems suitable for factory manufacturing, and meet individual needs in a batch customization manner.
