Abstract：With the strategy of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, prefabricated building, as a representative of industrialization of architecture, has become the inevitable trend of industrial transformation and green development. Prefabricated building design calls for the establishment of a full life cycle product concept, which requires high coordination of the whole process, the whole profession and the whole chain. However, all-round collaborative design has always been a pain point in the industry. Through the interpretation of the Dream Office project, this article systematically explains the contents and methods of collaborative design for prefabricated buildings. Collaborative design will help promote the development of new industrialization of architecture and the upgrading of the construction industry, and accelerate the realization of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals.
