Research on Community Renewal Policy under the Perspective of Environment-behavior Relationship: Enlightenment of Japan’s Health, Medical and Welfare Community Development Guide
Abstract：From the perspective of environment-behavior relationship, this paper introduces the main purpose and content of Japan’s Health, Medical, and Welfare Community Development Guide, explores the evaluation index framework of urban community transformation, and focuses on the analysis of the way for community to adapt to aging in the implementation of this guide: spatializing community environment-behavior indicators; ensuring and encouraging healthy walking; expanding and supporting participation in communication; improving and achieving convenient transportation. Through the comparative analysis of the differences between China and Japan in community renewal and construction, this paper discusses the“healthy”aging community transformation model under the guidance of the way for community transformation, which aims at indicators matching, encouraging walking, participating in communication and improving transportation.
