Abstract:In the new period, rural construction methods are diversified, and the juxtaposition of industrialization and locality has gradually become the normal, which has been the feature of the new era since thousands of years of rural construction. It is therefore necessary to analyze the origin of this phenomenon and its social significance, and to think about the rural construction strategy for the future. This paper sorts out the industrialized context implied in four historical stages of contemporary rural construction process, and analyzes the relationship between industrialization and local construction with representative practice, and the culture significance behind the phenomenon of semi-industrialization from the perspective of rural sociality. Finally, the Convenience Center of Yunheshan village serves as an empirical study to analyze the replicability and enlightenment of semi-industrial construction in rural areas under multi-institutional constraints.
