Abstract：The whole-process management of community regeneration is an important means to improve project quality. This paper introduces the whole process of Lyudong Park from project establishment, investigation, design, implementation and post-occupancy evaluation (POE). The project practices the concept of peopleoriented urban regeneration and intervenes in the regeneration model of community building and multi-governance. The whole-process management of community regeneration project is explored through public surveys, questionnaires, review meetings, resident hearings and POE, as a way to enhance residents’ participation in community affairs and recognition of the design results. This paper discusses the whole process of community regeneration with the real case, and confirms the feasibility and rationality of the public space regeneration model with whole-process management and refined governance, so as to improve the correctness of designers’ decisions, balances design conflicts, and provides guidance and reference for community regeneration projects.
