Abstract:Contemporary rural design has multi-objective characteristics and social properties. Rural architecture is influenced by the social environment and becomes a reflection of rural society. Rural design also affects the development of rural society and acts as a means of spatial intervention. The research proposes that the architectural programming of rural design has prominent principles of collectivity, demonstration, fairness, public welfare and process in the aspects of design target, system of organization, design benefit, responsibility and construction process, so as to realize the optimization of social objectives of rural design.
