Abstract:With the spatial form of the proscenium stage as the point of departure, this paper discusses the space composition of the“品”form stage through empirical research and inductive reasoning methods. First, it studies the proscenium stage by dividing it into the performance area and the auxiliary performance area, according to the performance and technical requirements. It then analyzes and summarizes the current status and design of the space of the“品”form stage. The present research would contribute to the clarification of the internal logic of stage division, and provide a certain reference for architects with the understanding of the importance of the coordination among the space composition of the stage, the performance needs and the technical devices, and help them to focus on the key points of theater design.
