Abstract:This study is aiming to exploring how to achieve the best balance between“occupy less resources”and“get better size and quality”in domestic medical building design, and how to meet their multiple, complex, contradictory requirements. Based on the framework of building integrated efficiency, and choosing the problem of large general hospital building flow design as the representative, it deeply analyzed the systematic underlying logic in its design to establish an operational model, and two“comprehensive optimizing”paths under the logic were further proposed. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the calculation model and the optimizing path were preliminarily verified through the architectural design practice case of a class 3A hospital.
