Abstract:Medical staff are the long-term users of the hospital built environment. In addition to the risk of infection, they are often affected by aggression, anxiety and other negative emotions during treatment. This paper looks at the hospital architectural space and environment from the perspective of medical staff and establishes targeted hospital environment evaluation system. It selects two environment factors: those of physical environment and those of space environment. It then applies principal component analysis to establish the evaluation model and calculates the weight of each index. This evaluation system provides the best positive emotional recovery environment for medical staff and a theoretical basis for the design of hospital architectural environment.
