Abstract：This paper makes a brief analysis of the difficult situation of the traditional handcraft workshop and the intervention and thinking of an architect in the renovation of the production space of a traditional dragon kiln. It discusses how the architect uses certain design language, works with the nature of the site, and organizes new and old materials to make the space. The main issue is how the architect, under the background of low cost and technology,uses the traditional building experience of the local workers and available local and waste materials, in order to integrate with the local landscape and establish the building strategy of the
space of industrial transformation with strong humanistic characteristics.
