Abstract：It is necessary to consider evacuation safety in the design process of community to ensure the residents’safety in the event of disasters. This research discusses the internal relation of community spatial elements and crowd evacuation safety, puts forward the research idea of integrating the whole time process information of crowd evacuation to locate and optimize the vulnerable areas of urban space. Through summaries of community typical patterns, it is intended to get the evacuation associated design elements like road network, block and building. Meanwhile, in order to build the crowd evacuation safety information model of community, this research proposes the framework of evacuation simulation from the aspects of urban road network structures and internal planning forms of block, so as to provide quantitative data for the research of planning strategy and emergency management policy to improve the capacity of disaster prevention of community.
