In the context where relatively scarce public cultural sites of contemporary high-tech industrial parks have become a serious problem that needs to be settled urgently, this article focuses on how large scale public buildings are implanted into the site. That is, it can meet the functional requirements while being integrated with the environment. The issues that need to be considered include functional orientation, regional culture, terrain features, and industrial characteristics of the park, emphasizing innovation and locality. Based on this, the author attempts to utilize a flexible adaptation strategy to adjust the relationship between the architectural spatial form and the surrounding environment. Through topological transformation of morphology, terrain superposition and spatial resolution, the logical unity of architectural forms and site topography is emphasized.
