Exploring the “Law of Constraint”: Research on Coordinated Optimization Design of Prefabricated Frame Structure Building System Based on Module Nesting
Abstract:At present, the design practice of frame-structured prefabricated buildings first completes the conventional design based on on-site construction methods, and then re-splits the design according to assembly requirements. This approach has resulted in a lack of systematic coordination and matching between component systems such as the structure and the external protection system, and between the component systems and the part systems such as interior decoration, facilities and equipment. Under the guidance of an optimization algorithm, a coordinated design method based on module nesting was proposed. Subsequently, the experimental operation process of this method was illustrated using Building 7 of the Science and Technology Innovation Base of Western China Science and Technology Innovation Port as an example. This research provides a scientific reference and methodological basis for the coordinated design of various systems in frame-structured prefabricated buildings, and further enables the low-carbon and efficient operation of building systems.
