校园环境要素对中小学生体力活动影响研究的荟萃分析

摘要 基于“后疫情时代”中小学校园规划设计对学生健康促进的诉求,采用荟萃分析方法,探讨校园环境对学生体力活动的影响机制。筛选出近20年国内外30篇实证研究文献进行统计分析,量化校园环境要素对中小学生体力活动的影响程度,并对比不同研究类型、样本对象性别、年龄和数据测量工具的结果差异,总结出校园环境要素对中小学生体力活动的影响应分维度、分层级分析,同时应考虑政策环境和社交环境等混杂因素,在此基础上建立多层模型探讨二者的影响机制,以期为中小学校园健康环境营建和评价提供依据与参考。

Abstract:Based on the demands of primary and secondary school campus planning and design for student health promotion in the“post-epidemic era”, this paper uses meta-analysis to screen the quantitative results of 30 empirical studies at home and abroad in the past 20 years for statistical analysis, quantifies the impact of campus environment elements on the physical activity of primary and secondary school students, and compares the differences in research types, research objects’gender, age and measurement tools. It concludes that the effects should be explored in different dimensions and at different levels. Confounding factors such as policy environment and social environment should be considered to establish a multi-layer model to explore the influencing mechanism of the two factors, so as to provide a basis and reference for the construction and evaluation of healthy environment in schools.
