Abstract:This article studies the development of low-carbon construction and the transition to green construction. It clarifies the differences between low-carbon and green construction, and the concept and goal differences between forcing reduction of carbon emissions and preventive increase in energy efficiency. It summarizes the transformation of building from green to low-carbon and analyses the low-carbon building energy system based on the “energy-carbon” perspective, leading to the establishment of an energy organization mechanism and the formation of a dynamic balance structure in low-carbon buildings. Finally, the article proposes strategies of “peak-time control”, “forcing constraint”, “energy coordination”, “precise control of energy sources” and “source-sink balance” to support the goal of “low-zeronegative” construction in China.
