Firstly, it leads to the historical discourse and the origin of vernacular architecture in the Movement. Secondly, it interprets the continuity of epistemology between John Ruskin, the theoretical builder, and William Morris, the practice leader. The conclusion reflects on the influence of the Movement in the scope of the theory of modern vernacular architecture.
