Abstract：Public evaluation of the target environment is an important part of Post-Occupancy Evaluation (POE) of built environment. The method of gathering and analyzing information is formulated after long-time exploration and summaries. However, traditional evaluation methods can still be optimized, especially in view of the quantity and variety of network evaluation information under the information age. If this information is used for POE, the traditional evaluation method will be supplemented and developed. A case study was therefore carried out on the Guangzhou Opera House, where the network public evaluation information was collected, and the key words were extracted to analyze the key point and the satisfactions. Then, the results were compared with traditional methods to study the advantages and disadvantages of network evaluation in the POE.
