Abstract:From the three aspects of the residential planning layout, circulation arrangement and the distance between buildings, and through the environmental simulation software ECOTECT and actual survey data, this paper analyses the wind speed, direction and pressure of the residential area, and with the actual situation of the residential energy consumption, studies the correlation of residential ventilation and residential energy consumption. It finds that residential wind environment has certain influence on residential energy consumption, and with the improvement of the residential microclimate environment through wind environment, it will have a positive impact on the indoor residential energy consumption behavior. Additionally, it will be advantageous for the ventilation and heat dissipation of the residential area with the determinant layout, reasonable use of roads and the surrounding open space, but it will be disadvantageous for the partial building energy consumption with the arrangement of open ground floor space and the narrow tube wind effect of the high-rise building.
