Abstract：From the perspective of space production theory, this article looks at the miniature enterprise developed in China, and analyzes the motive of space production of miniature enterprise. It investigates and analyzes the Jialing Three Village under old city renewal mode, and finds that its motive of reproduction is the economic development and social stability pursued by local government under intense competition in the process of urbanization of global flow of spatial capital. The result of reproduction brings about changes of social structure, spatial forms, and community environment. It also analyzes the spatial transformation crisis, including spatial justice crisis, image project crisis, and“local characteristics”and autonomy crisis, and puts forward resolution strategies in view of the crisis.
