Abstract：Starting with the hierarchical features of culture, this paper discusses the hierarchical expression of architectural culture through relevant architectural design practices and excellent cases from three aspects: cultural world outlook, value outlook and material form. Three methods could be summarized as follows: the abstract succession of traditional philosophical ideas, the inheritance of traditional construction ideas, and the translation of traditional material forms. The paper attempts to provide references for regional cultural heritance and cultural architectural creation.
