Abstract:In view of complex urban renewal issues, this paper employs digital technology to extract case-based network data, so as to optimize the urban space and provide new methodologies of urban renewal. It is intended to optimize the design of the surrounding area of the Roman railway station, where open source map data is used to extract road, building, and functional information. The area and shape rules of blocks are used to build the catalog and explore its application. The paper extends the idea of architecture and urban design in order to nurture case-based designs.
