Abstract：Post-1980s New Architects have become an important force of the current urban and architectural design practice. This paper starts with the growing environment and the concern of society to Post-1980s New Architects. By reviewing the exhibition of more than 40 architects in“Post-1980s New Architects Special Report”of New Architecture, the authors reveals the characteristic and trend of individual expression that show the differences with respect to environmental cognition, design concepts and implementation process because of different personalities, growth environment and education background, and also the integrity and continuity of mass articulation that have been realized through role positioning, value judgment and responsibility implementation. This will hopefully provide inspiration for young architects in the future.
