Abstract:3D printing technology has been widely applied in the architectural sphere from design to construction in recent years. It can be said that 3D printing architecture technology is a revolution in the whole architectural system, which integrates design,construction, equipment, new building materials and practical application, and becomes a new system. Based on the concept of 3D printing architecture technology, this paper discusses the development of the technology and the opportunity and challenges, puts forward the advantages of the technology, analyzes its technical characteristics, and discusses its application in the construction. Finally, 3D printing architecture technology must be standardized, in order to get faster, higher, stronger development.
