Abstract：When many participants take part in the complex responsive process, the formation of the scientific and educational park (S&E park) organic order is regarded as the conscious space production based on the complex responsive process theory. For example, the planning and design of Fuzhou University S&E Park in Jinjiang adopted multiple participation mechanism, fragment gradual development mode and open space layout through analyzing the relationship between the complex requirements of multiple participants and the process of space supplies. Only in this way S&E park can reach the goal of resource sharing, joint management and industry transformation, not only at different levels in urban areas but also both inside and outside the park.
