Abstract:Because there is a gap between information model and physics in the application of building information technologies, BIPIS (Building Information-Physics Interaction System) is created based on CIBIS (Computer Integrated Building Information System) to solve the problem.Supported by the theories of building information classification and information flow circle, BIPIS is made up of perception subsystem, decision subsystem and control subsystem, and has the
capabilities of real-time perception, autonomous decision-making, dynamic control and precise coordination. BIPIS will break the obstacle of information flow among all participants during the life cycle by sensing-feedback and interaction between information and physics process. BIPIS will finally achieve the information revolution of building industry including technology system, industry organization and operational mechanism.
